unwelcoming staff non-working usb
The hotel's location was acceptable, near many sites.
The staff seemed unwelcoming. I did not feel valued as a guest. The breakfast was overpriced. It did not have enough variety for the price. USB ports beside the bed never worked. My phone ran out of battery overnight

quiet street near eiffel tower
perfect location quiet street helpful staff
the location was perfect for me. the hotel is on a quiet street close to the eiffel tower and metro. i found many restaurants nearby. the reception desk staff helped me book a seine cruise.
the breakfast offered did not have enough variety. the replenishment was slow not arriving first thing in the morning. i think this is a result of high pricing in this area

friendly staff clean room fresh bedding
the staff remembered my name. they consistently checked if i had any needs. i found the room very clean. the bedding felt fresh and the bathroom sparkled.
the elevator felt small. it only accommodated a few people.

Fantastic stay near the eiffel tower
convenient metro available staff delicious pastries
I enjoyed the proximity to the metro. It made getting around very easy. The staff was always available and cute. The breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries!).

wonderfully clean hotel comfortable bed friendly staff happy requests
the hotel was wonderfully clean. every surface sparkled and the air felt fresh. i liked that my bed was comfortable. friendly staff were always available and happy to assist with any questions or requests.
i noticed some minor wear on the hallway carpets but it was barely noticeable.

several restaurants close by offers different cuisines, from traditional dishes to modern fusion. there is many places open late, super for evening meals. breakfast is a bit limited, though adequate to start the day.

front desk staff were always available and ready to assist. the check-in process was efficient and easy to follow. housekeeping was thorough, they kept my room super clean, it was very good.

the hotel is close to many shops and cafes, so it is easy to find things. public transport is just steps away, this made sightseeing easy. the neighborhood not sketchy at all, even late at night.
